As he begins his 13th full season on the NASCAR Cup Series, Joe Nemechek will be back behind the wheel of the No. 01 U.S. Army Chevrolet Monte Carlo to build on last year's successful run. In 2005, Nemechek piloted the No. 01Chevrolet to two top-five and nine top-10 finishes, as well as a pole award at Michigan International Speedway in August. This year will mark Nemechek's third full season with MB2 Motorsports where he will have the added advantage of a new veteran teammate, Sterling Marlin.
