Advance Order Policies

  • Advance order merchandise are items that are currently not released by the suppliers at the time of purchase.

  • Advanced order items are not billed to your credit card until the items arrive, once the items arrive we do bill the credit card to hold this item for you. We may either ship this item or we may hold the items to help save on excessive freight charges.

  • For specific details about our Advance or Pre-Order merchandise policies please click here. All items are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee or be held liable for shortages or allocation from the supplier. We reserve the right to reduce or limit order quantities.

  • We do charge multiple freight charges on orders with multiple advance order items on one invoice. We try to combine as much merchandise at one time to help save on excessive shipping cost.

  • If your orders contains both in stock and out of stock merchandise that is currently available, we may bill your credit card for the in stock items to reserve these items for you. The out of stock or backorder merchandise will be ordered for you.  We may hold the in stock merchandise for a small period of time to save you on excessive shipping charges.

  • If you would like to cancel an advance order item, you may do so without and penalty or service charge.

  • We reserve the right to ship all orders regardless of the dollar amount.  We do process and ship all orders over $50.00 or when other multiple advance order items purchased may not be available for an extensive period of time.
